Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Provided that the order has not been dispatched, you can email email@example.com and request your order to be cancelled.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
Provided the order has not been dispatched this should not be a problem, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is my order?
To track your order, please log into to your account, select the order and click on the tracking number.
The item I want to order is sold out, when will it be back in stock?
Its most likely there is a shipment in transit when you are trying to order so please give it a few days and try again. Please bear in mind that these handmade products are not mass-produced in a factory.
Can I shop in other currencies other than GBP?
You can see an indicative price in your local currency by selecting the currency selector in the top left-hand corner of the site. Please note that your card will be charged in GBP and you will be at the mercy of your bank's exchange rate on exactly how much you are charged in your local currency.

Do you offer International shipping?

Do you offer Free Standard Delivery?
If you live in the UK or the Northern Ireland you are entitled to free standard delivery. All UK Islands, even the teeny tiny ones, are also entitled to it.
Please note, this offer excludes the Channel Islands because although they are teeny tiny, they are not technically part of the UK. (It’s nothing personal)

Questions about Returns
How do I return an item?
You can return your order by post, sending the parcel back to us within 30 days of receipt. The customer will pay the costs associated with the return of the products. Please keep a hold of your postal receipt when returning your items.
International customers are also required to returns items at their own cost.

How long will it take for the refund to appear in my bank account?
We will aim to have parcels refunded within 14 working days, however, during exceptionally busy times and bank holidays, this may take longer.
